Privacy Policy
The short version: Puzzly has no accounts and no servers of its own — your game progress stays on your phone. The app shows ads from Google AdMob, and the optional “Remove ads” purchase is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
1. Information kept on your device
Your progress — levels, scores, times, achievements, streaks, settings, and the optional display name and avatar on your profile — is stored only on your device. We never receive it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Puzzly is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or Apple IDFA where you allow it);
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it, plus device and app information;
- how you interact with ads.
Your choices. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for consent before personalised ads, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. On iPhone the app asks permission before any tracking; if you decline you still see ads, just not personalised ones. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Buying “Remove ads” turns all ads off.

3. Purchases
The optional “Remove ads” purchase is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details — the store only tells the app whether you own the purchase, so ads can be turned off and restored on a new device.
4. What we don't do
- We don't create accounts or ask for your email, phone number or contacts.
- We don't use your camera, microphone, photos or precise location.
- We don't sell your personal information.
5. Children
Puzzly is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads in the app are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
6. Keeping and deleting data
Progress stays on your device until you uninstall the app. For information Google collects for advertising, use the controls in section 2 or contact Google. For anything else, email us and we'll help.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
