Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Puzzly app (“the App”), made by Diviners Group Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to them. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and it prevails where the two conflict.
1. Using the App
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
2. Free play and ads
The App is free to play. It shows ads, including short rewarded ads you can choose to watch for hints and continues. Ads are provided by Google AdMob — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
3. “Remove ads” purchase
- “Remove ads” is a one-time purchase that turns off ads in the App for the store account that bought it. It is not a subscription.
- Payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; refunds follow the store's refund policy.
- After reinstalling or changing phones, use Settings → Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account.
4. Your progress
Game progress is stored only on your device. We can't recover it if you uninstall the App or lose your device.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove games and features, and may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. We try to keep the App running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the App. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
